Educational Development in response to inequities of the XXI Century (Abstract)

This article describes the current society as a system characterized by constant change which keeps accumulating social differences that have been exacerbated due to the current economic crisis. To fight against these inequalities we intend to work, in different educational levels, from the perspective offered by Education for Development which raises a set of practices that are aimed at transforming and promoting awareness of this reality. Definitively, this is a proposal that is based on the ideal of social justice and equity and it tries to discuss how to bring about a more just and egalitarian world. Is it possible a more just and equal world?
